Affiliate Marketing
Affiliate marketing is a type of marketing that allows a company to sell its products or services by signing up other individuals or companies who advertise their product. The individual or company that does the advertising gets a commission when a consumer buys the advertised product or service.
There are two types of affiliate marketing:
- You can offer a program to other individuals or companies and pay a commission for sales generated by them; or
- You can become another business’ affiliate – every lead or sale made by a link from your web site creates a commission for you.
